How do you manually delete recordings?

I see my recordings, but I can't find how to get rid of them (it recorded some sports show for some reason). I deleted the file from explorer, but the listing remains in Sage. Thanks.

This is how I do it....

From the main menu, go in to Sage Recordings and scroll down to the recording you want to delete. Press "RIGHT" on your remote, I'm assuming it's the same on the keyboard and this will bring you up with a menu of other choices and Delete will be in here.

Found it, there was one more level of menu I missed. Maybe there should be little arrows telling you if there is a sub menu.
