Harmony Remote w/HD200 - Start with Home Key?

I am using a Harmony 880 with one of my HD200's and it works well with one exception. I would like to be able to program the Harmony to use "home" instead of "power" to start up the HD200. This way it skips the extra menu screen asking if you want to connect to the server or not (I always do want to).

Anyone found a way to change the way the Harmony starts up the SageTV HD200?

Have you tried creating a custom activity (rather than the regular activity based prompts). You can name it whatever you like (Watch Sage) and use any devices by customizing the buttons.

This is how I generally program my Harmony remotes to ensure it does exactly what I want.

From memory in the Harmony software go into Troubleshooting for the activity and choose the first one-that you are having a problem powering it on or off. The next window will give you a drop down to change power toggle to something else. (or something close to that.)

That worked. Just because I was curious I did this & it did the trick.

Gerry,
This is what I used ultimately. Didn't need to re-do anything except the home-for-power>on so this was the solution for me. I knew there must be a way - the step-by-step process for the Harmony is sometimes too rigid for its own good.

Thanks to both of you!

That is very true. Glad you found an easy solution!
