Can't even watch live TV?

OK, I know I'm missing something. I just upgraded to the latest beta from 1.4.10. How do you cancel it watching "live TV" in the background? I think that is what is happening.

It won't let me tune to any channel. It thinks the tuner is being used, but it is not.

Even if I use a Sage beta client and my server is minimized supposedly doing nothing, I can't have my client watch anything because the tuner is in use.

What;s going on?
