Changing Text Color

How do you change the text color in beta 14?

i took a look at the properties file, didnt see anything. Sage 1.4 had a menu for changing the colors and such, is it missing in 2?

I know that functionality will be there with Studio but for now i would like to customize.

I think that's what Studio is going to be used for, so it's probably not missing per se, but just not implemented.
