Playback recordings from other cards on PVR 350

I've got Server 2003 (SP2) and a PVR 350 card. My question is this:

If I get another card (such as a didgital terrestrial one), when I ask SageTV to play back the recordings made on that card, will it use the hardware output of the 350 to do so?

I only 'talk' to Sage using reomte desktop, so local playback won't work.

Any thoughts appreciated (plus any recommendations for a UK digi-terrestrial PCI-E card that'll work with my system)

Any ideas?

Still wondering this, and obviously don't want to invest in something that's then useless.

I believe the PVR350 can only output standard definition/mpeg2 and therefore unless everything you capture is still standard definition/mpeg2 videos it will not be able to output the video (unless transcoded before sent out). Many used PVR250's and PVR150's in the past to record and still used the PVR350 to output since they were all SD/MPEG2 recordings.

The alternative is to just use the PVR350 as a simple recording device and switch to using a video card for video out. Then there wouldn't be the restrictions.

Edit: I should also state that many had problems with the video out of the PVR350 and have long since moved away from using it as an output device so finding users still using it for anything but a recording device is rather limited.
