Any thoughts on Shuttle XPC or AOpen systems?

I have been reviewing this forum for some time now and would like to build my first PVR. In addition to fuctionality (goes without saying), looks, form factor, and system noise are very important.

Has anyone used and is happy with one of these small form factor PCs like Shuttle or AOpen for their dedicated PVR?
Of course, with these systems you only get one PCI slot so I guess you can't have multiple tuners unless you setup some external USB thing.

I've been running a Shuttle (SN45G) for awhile now and have been really happy with it. The only bad thing I can think of is that it's louder than I thought it would be...
