Deleted Recording
Hi:
I don't know if this has been asked and answered, but here goes.

I am using the newest release of Sage TV Ver 2.0.14. I have many Favorites setup. One of the Favorites I have setup is Law & Order SVU. In the setup of that favorite I have it set up to record First Runs and Reruns. Yesterday it recorded 5 eposides of SVU. Today I reset the Favorite to only record First Runs. Now when I look in the folder that had all the recordings from yesterday they are gone.
Have I got something set wrong or what?

Yeap, that happend to me using v.13. Basically once you remove the favorite SageTV treats the shows as left over files and cleans them up.

Don't you think this is something that should be submitted as a fix or option to choose?

I've found in 2.0 before you make a change to a favorite to move all shows to the library first so they don't get deleted.

I'm not a fan of this auto-del thing either but have learned to work around it for now.
