It doesn't work with SageTV in the same way that the SageTV Extenders (HD100, HD200) do. You don't get the SageTV interface with the TV Guide, listed recordings, scheduling etc...., but you should have no problem playing back files which SageTV records. Just make sure you point Popcorn Hour to the same directories SageTV records to.
