Question Online Videos - Audio Only?
Any reason why on a fresh install I might get TV video and audio fine and only audio with Online Videos?

I still can't figure this one out ...

I am surprised that no one has seen this before? Have I actually found something where I am the first?

I also sent an email over to Sage Support a couple of days ago ... Guess I will see what comes of it ..

I got a response from Sage Support ... Here's what they said if it will help you ...

Use the configuration utility to set the video playback settings in Sage. Go to Setup > Run Configuration Wizard > Configure Video Playback. Start with basic and test things out. Does each setting exhibit the same problem?

I had already tried this and it didn't make a differentce. Plus my system required Basic. I expect because I am using an old ATI AIW 8500DV card with 64mb VRAM.

Plus, why would it be inconsistant ... video works with TV but not with Online Videos??

Weird ...
