Minimal vid card for r5000 and hdpvr h.264 stuff

I'll spare the details, but I am in a situation where I need an AGP video card to replace a 6600gt which cannot handle r5000/hdpvr stuff, just gives me a green screen albeit with perfect audio.

Yes, I know AGP is dead, but anything newer would require a new mobo/cpu/ram/complete rebuild, and I'm not in the mood. And yes, extenders are awesome, I have two, but this is the kitchen pc first and foremost and must remain a pc.

I don't really care whether it can actually output in hd, as the monitor is just a 12 inch 4:3. The problem is that the kids' cartoons don't work at breakfast, which means long whiny mornings.

Hoping I can get away with $50-$100 on ebay, and all thoughts are welcome!

Take a look at this on Newegg
ASUS AH3650 SILENT/HTDI/512M Radeon HD 3650 512MB

Less than $63 and brand new. I have a 3450 which works great for all my HD recordings from a HDHR and HD-PVR.
