STV Import :: Fanart Edge Fade
This is just a little visual change I made for my self to use - and since I had to make an STVi out of it to distribute to the various Sage endpoints in my house, I though I'd put it out for anyone else also.
It adds a fade to black effect on the top and bottom edge of the fanart : before: after: The effect is a lot more subtle on my extenders. For some reason alpha transparent levels vary some between PC Client and extender. Unzip the attached zip in the SageTV install folder and then import the STVi. You might have to reapply your theme for the new images included in this import to show up. btl.

Wow, that looks really nice! Does the same effect apply to all fanart or just the main menu?

All fanart locations (that I know of at least) get the same effect.
