HD200 and MyMovies

Does the HD200 show cover art and movie info like MyMovies or can it pull info from the MyMovies database on WHS?

I am trying to find a solution to streaming my dvd collection to my tv since the Xbox360 will not do it.

I have the same question.

Over on the MyMovies forums, I noticed that they have just added support for several media players in their recent version 1.5 for WHS.

Does anyone know if this makes metadata and fanart from MyMovies available to SageMC now? Or would MyMovies still need to add a new option for metadata storage for SageMC for this to work automatically?

If the changes below do not cause MyMovies to automatically make metadata available to SageMC, should those of us interested in this be posting on the MyMovies forums to request this?

MyMovies Changelog version 1.50 Build 2
Added: Storage of meta-data for TViX media players
Added: Storage of meta-data for HDI Dune media players
Added: Storage of meta-data for Popcorn Hour players YAMJ plug-in
Added: Storage of meta-data for Netgear EVA8000 players

You should suggest this in the sagemc forum. They might even be able to use one of these existing formats without having the mymovies people write code for it, though it seems they are definitely branching outside of their traditional media center integration.

If you use CQC, you can interface mymovies to sage. CQC had drivers for both. That's how I do it. CQC has a sale on right now!

Here is one way to get this to work - ask stuckless, author of Batch Metadata Importer, to support it. Since this tool can already import metadata from the DVDProfiler xml file, the tool can be programmed to use the MyMovies xml file to provide metadata for SageMC.

Stuckless has agreed to put this on his list of future features to be added, so hopefully MyMovies will soon be integrated into Batch Metadata Importer:

Is anyone using this with MyMovies? I'd love to see a screen shot of it so I can come home to Sage. When I upgraded my equipment to HD I tried VMC and wow, what a smelly POS that is, but MyMovies is the bomb and until I can use it in Sage, it is the deal breaker for me.
