Comcast - Phila - Many more QAM channels now
I live right outside Philadelphia on the Main Line using Comcast.
I picked up a new TV last week and had it scan for programs. To my surprise it found about all of the analog channels (2-75) are now available on QAM. Channels like SCIFI, DSC, LifeTime, MTV etc. There was mention of this taking place in WA, but it's here now too. Granted, these new ones are mostly 480i but they are able to be recorded from QAM so my analog PVR-500 isn't needed any longer. It did take me a couple of hours to get the HDHR setup properly for these stations, but if everything stays put, I'll be happy. You may want to check your setups too. john |
