I've read the instructions on how to add a customized encoding definition in SageRecorder. I added the following line, found at
http://www.freytechnologies.com/HPquality.txt, to the SageRecorder.properties file:
mmc/python2_encoding/VCD=videobitrate=1520000|width=352|height=240|audiobitrate=224|outputstreamtype=11|audiosampling=44100
However, when I restarted SageRecorder the computer locked up and had to be rebooted. This happened every time i tried to start SageRecorder. A complete reinstall of SageRecorder was necessary to get back to normal.
I know I must have done something wrong, but I'd like to know the proper way to acoomplish this goal. I want to be able to record brief clips at this quality to speed up the conversion to WMV files for downloading.
