Dish Network JVC 301 Which Remote Should I Buy USB-UIRT Or IR-200L ?

I have a Dish Network JVC 301 system. I plan to purchase the Win TV - PVR350 bundle. Before I make the purchase, I need to decide which remote to order.

Which remote is easier to setup and functions better? The USB-UIRT or the IR-200L ?
