No Signal in SageTV

I am using an HDHomeRun with SageTV, I am having a problem where some of the channels that I can view in the HDHomeRun setup show up in SageTV with No Signal. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any ideas on how to fix?

Can you verify if you are able to view those channels under:
Setup > Setup Video Sources > Silicondust... > Channel Setup?

Make sure you've followed these instructions exactly as written:
HDHR setup for Windows

If you've followed those instructions, then you should contact SiliconDust and/or SageTV tech support.

Thanks for your suggestions, I probably should have included more details in my original post. When I scan for channels in the HDHR setup it finds 14 OTA channels all of which can be played with VLC by clicking the 'view' button in the HDHR setup window. When I scan for channels in SageTV it finds all the same channels but a couple of them have 'No Signal' when I tune them in but all others work just fine in SageTV.
