EventGhost and MCE, Smooth scrolling ???
I have recently started using EventGhost instead of Girder. I really like it so far except for on thing.
I am using the MCE Plug-in that comes with it and can't seem to get it to scroll up and down the menus smoothly. I have to hit the button for each movement. This was not a problem in Sage or Girder by itself. It seems like there should be a setting for this but I can't find one. |

Why not use the SageTV plugin?
EDIT: You need to add an autorepeat action to the end of your UP/Down and Vol+/Vol- macros if you want them to repeat while the button is depressed. |

That did the trick! Thanks.
I really did not even consider the Plug-in. I have been using Girder since my BeyondTV days and like the extensive control options of something like it or EventGhost. I just ported my BeyondTV setup to Sage with little effort. The main reason I did not use the built-in was to be able to control PowerDVD with the remote. I also have a script that I made to launch FireFox and control it with mouse and navigation functionality for web surfing. The updated MCE driver blocks MCE from launching with the remote which is also a plus. |

FYI to all
I just learned that the SageTV plugin for Eventghost is configurable for either the Sage.exe or the Sage Client.exe file.
Which means you can save your file as a new name then just open the plugin and select Sage Client, and it is configured for Sage Client. Scat |
