Got OSD but no video?

So I got the OSD to work but I dont get any video out of my Happauge 350. Connected up to svideo in from my Pioneer Digital Cable settop box. I just get a blank screen on the video and in the windoe of the guide. Running on an EPIA 933 MB. Selected SVIDEO as the decoder. ANy ideas? I know the svideo works because I unhook it from my working Replay.

S-video doesn't carry audio, you still have to use the RCA (white and red plugs) to connect the audio.

Selected SVIDEO as the decoder

You mean you selected S-video as your encoder source?
If so, have you seen this working on your monitor before you even enabled the hardware output?

At one point (prior to ugrading to .13) I had video. I was running beta .12 briefly just to see it work. Shouldnt the encoder work on the 350?

Yes, the encoder does work on the 350, and the decoder works on the 350. There should be no issues. If you have s-video coming out of your cable box, and into the s-video connector (not the external cable with the four connectors) on the back of the Hauppauge card, then you should see the video on your monitor at least. Now if your output from your Hauppauge card is connected right, which it sounds like it is, then you should see the OSD and the Video on the TV.

Thanks for taking the time to reply...
I have the composit out and SVIDEO out (via the split out cable) connected to my TV. I get audio, just no video. I know the cable is good as it works when connected to my replay. If I connect to the svideo in on my 350 can I use the composit out or do I need to use the svideo? When I look at the summary page for the source Win PVR PCI II in sage the flag next to "use for Live TV" is set to false. Is that correct?

Only one of these should be connected to your TV. If you have both connected, this could be causing the issue, not sure, cause I haven't tried both at the same time. The card is only supposed to be outputting through one of them at a time AFAIK.
If you have S-Video input on your tv, just use S-Video out on your 350 splitter cable. Also you want to connect the RED and WHITE audio cables from the splitter, to your TV/Stereo, for sound.

Oh, yeah, after you correct/confirm the wiring, reboot, to be sure.

Have you tried using S-Video2 as your input source in software? That's what I had to do to get video in to work on my 350 for both WinTV2000 and Sage. For whatever reason the Hauppauge drivers install an S-Video Input, S-Video 2, Composite, and Composite 2, even though there's only 1 physical input.

I do confirm the connection of only one and either one gives a blank screen. I will try the S_Video2 and see what happens there. Also I will through a reboot in for good measure.
