In the Media Library, is it possible to have cover art listed instead of the file name/. ? Also I have about 20 titles here and only the first 6 appear in the list.

Is it possible? Yes. Can we do it? No, not yet. Mlbdude has accessto studio and has posted pics of his video library with artwork.
