No Signal

have had sage tv running for about 5 months, has been perfect for that time,
Then all of a sudden one day it said no signal, after hours and hours of testing found that it will now only work with lnb cable pluged into one card at a time.
There are two cards the same , both tecnisat sky2 DVB-S
ive replace the spliter and tested the dish all fine
im at a lost as to what the problem could be.
the spliter is all pass for lnb power....

any help would be great

thanks
