STP-HD200 Support

I have found multiple HD200 standalone operations which appear to hang the box with the 12/22 beta firmware.

The Technical Support page appears to be oriented towards reporting issues with the SageTV software as there are no entries in the dropdown boxes that seem to be appropriate for the HD200.

Have I missed finding the appropriate path? If so, please point me in the right direction. If not, please provide some instructions or update the technical support page so that I may report these problems and contribute to the evolution of the STP-HD200.

After posting, I think (hope) I found it. The regular request support page (http://www.sagetv.com/request.html) doesn't have HD200 in the dropdown menus, but the beta bugs page (http://www.sagetv.com/request.html).

I was initially confused by the fact that the HD200 pages don't indicate that I purchased a "beta" hardware product. I am, however, running beta software on the box so submitting beta bugs is appropriate and I have submitted a few already.
