top line of screensaver is bad

the top line of the SageTv screensaver is garbaged
a black and white dashed looking line
I figure it was either overlooked or a bug
the rest of it is fine just the very top edge

Interesting... I was thinking of submitting a bug for having a line on the bottom & right sides of the screen. I guess the line's location depends on each particular system or screen resolution.

We seem to run into a lot of things that are opposites!

I saw the same thing to when I set it to VMP. It was especially noticable after playing a song and visualizations had filled the screen. When I went back to TV it was noticable. Going back to overlay got rid of it for me. Definitely a bug and reported.

It seems it was simply most noticeable during the screen saver... I now notice it everywhere else, when I switch from menu -> video or back.

I will watch for the bad line in other places in SageTV
but have only noticed it in Screen Saver (while only comes up after I pass out while watching a show){using a monitor not TV}
Has anyone reported this or do I need to?

gplasky said he reported it. I did too, just in case my info was slightly different, perhaps helping track it down, & to let them know it wasn't a single-case occurance. It never hurts to file a report.
