UI slowdown after file deletion
If I decide to have a bit of a tidy up of my tv recordings, I find I can't delete more than about 4 recordings without a severe slowdown of the UI. And the more I delete, the worse it gets. Ater deleting about 10 recordings I'll press a button, sage freezes, I then keep trying buttons just because I've convinced myself the next button will work. When I finally give up, if I just leave it alone for about 2-3 minutes, it suddenly springs into life and replays all the 20 or so buttons I pressed whilst I was waiting. Then a few button presses later it does the same.
The only way to fix it seems to be to restart sage (Just the player, not the service). It only seems to affect the server, not the clients. Anyone else have the same problem, and/or a possible fix? I've searched the forum but not found any mention of it elsewhere. Cheers John
