Talking HD-200 Cost Info for my fellow Canadians

Just a little info for my fellow Canadians on the Hd-200 costs.

HD-200 199.95 USD (Custom is based on this, 259.38 CDN)
Shipping 38.65 USD (50.13 CDN)
Customs 41.72 CDN (GST 12.97 + PST 20.75 + Fee 8.00)

In total this thing ran me approximately 351.23 CDN.

Shipped to Mississauga, ON.
Shipped from Sage on 12/4.
Arrived here 12/9.

Good way to spend a bit of my Xmas bonus.
Now to just get this thing home and set it up.

Thumbs up

They attempted to deliver mine today too. I went to the post office to pick it up but they still haven’t processed the mail for today and wont until tomorrow because of the Christmas rush. Really sucks to be 10 feet away from it and not be able to take it home. #&$(#&@....Anyways, now that I’ve vented, mine was basically the same thing as kpbrwn except customs. MasterCard also gave me a less the premium exchange rate.

HD-200 199.95 USD
Shipping 38.65 USD ($318.11 CDN wtih MC exchange)
Customs 37.87 CDN

Total: $355.98

I have three of them to pick up at the post office today - the customs is just over $100 which is consisted with what you guys paid on a per unit basis. Too bad they didn't have these in stock when the Canadian dollar was at par!

I feel lucky, customs nailed me $22 at the door. I dunno know why you guys paid more.

It's probably because what you're paying is not actual duty, but their customs fee, ie we're paying them to tell us we don't have to pay anything except tax

I ordered the bundle with the software. In hindsight probably not smart, as I'll probably get nailed with tax on that too, so much for bundle savings. I'll post the particulars when it arrives.
