SageTV Switches Channels in Middle of Recording

I have an odd problem. When I record programs on our local FOX high definition station, it often switches channels to our ABC station, right in the middle of the recording. I originally thought it was due to my HD Homerun, and so I have been trying to troubleshoot that, but just today, I tried to play the BCS selection show that I recorded, and 5 minutes into it, it switched to the Extreme Makeover show. The tuner was this time a Happuage HVR-1600, recording QAM.

I also thought it was my pre-beta version of Sage. I was using 6.4.8, but I upgraded to 6.5.3 and I still have the problem. My channel scan for those two channels are as follows (from my HDHomerun Tuner) where WUTV is FOX and :

CH:3 major:0 minor:0 prog:1610 phy:73 frq:517250000 mod:0 inv:0 #:WUTV
CH:18 major:0 minor:0 prog:1603 phy:63 frq:457250000 mod:0 inv:0 #:WKBW

As you can see, they are not even close in frequency.

My configuration is as follows:
1 Q6600 PC with 2GB of RAM and 3 Hard Drives for Sage (64K clusters)
Windows Home Server - Hard Drives NOT part of the WHS drive array
2 HD Home run tuner boxes (but I had the problem before I added the second one
1 HVR-1600
2 HD-PVRs attached to FIOS STBs (controlled by IRBlaster), QIP-71001
1 PVR-150 attached to FIOS STBs

About the only thing I could think of that might be the problem is signal strength. But even then, I have had no evidence of that being an issue, since all of the channels come in when I tune them.

Do any of you have an idea as to what might be wrong?

Correction

I made an error, the channels are actually very close (those were the STDV channels). The channels are:

CH:4 major:0 minor:0 prog:1624 phy:73 frq:517250000 mod:0 #:WUTVDT
CH:5 major:0 minor:0 prog:1625 phy:73 frq:517250000 mod:0 #:WKBWDT

Could this be causing the problems?

What is prog anyway? Is it some sub-channel broadcasted at the same frequency? Why would Sage switch channels?

If you haven't done so already, you should submit a bug report to SageTV so they can look into it.

Had it again, but could not catch debug. Tried to watch 115-50-1 but it tuned 115-20-1. I went into setup and picked 115-50-1 and it again turned 115-20-1, then, I went to 115-20-1 and it turned that channel correctly. Went back to 115-50-1 and then it did tune it correctly. Really weird, any ideas? I will try to catch the debug, but it is hard since it seems to only happen like every 2 weeks. Going into channel setup and alternating between the channel seems to fix it...
