Aspect Ratio Setting Missing
I have two HD200 boxes and hooked up the first one and it looks and sounds great. Seems a little better than my HTPC so I may have to order a third.
I am receiving OTA through an Hauppauge HVR 1800 card. On SD digtal channels I get a line at the top of the video. I have been able to always fix(make it go away) by setting Detailed Setup/Multimedia Settings/Aspect Ratio Settings Setting the Vertical Stretch to 103%. Going through the HD200 settings I see that this option is missing and my TV does not have this fine of Zoom setting. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Go to Detailed Setup, Multimedia, Overscan settings. Give that a try.

Thanks Helen
Well I tried that but I will try it again and move the cursors off screen
I think my HD200 box has bug in it also. It powers up, says its loading sage tv media server and then shuts down the output

Yes, Move the cursors off the screen. Unplug your power to the HD200 for 15min then reconnect. Cleared mine after playing too much with the USB ports.

Thanks again Helen!
Okay the Unit worked fine at first and I watched some LiveTV then a recorded show then part of a DVD.
Then I was ready to move it upstairs. Connected to a another HDTV with same HDMI, Same ethernet. It powers up I cancel the auto connect to the server and then check the weather and it works. Then I refresh the server and it is fine then I connect to the server and the output (both HDMI and Component shut down). The unit is connected to my server for a few minutes and then nothing no signal. WOW! Do I have a bad unit or is this thing that buggy? Shutting down for 15 and see what happens. Then I will try the second unit Thanks for your help and patience. I wish I was married to a techie like you.

Aspect Ratio and Overscan settings are completely different. Overscan is for the UI placement/sizing. AR is for video playback and on the HD extenders it is customized on the playback screen via the AR option in the pop-up menu while playing a video. You can then create and adjust a custom AR mode.
