WHS Add-ins Tab Showing Old Versions of Sage
My WHS box with Sage has been dormant for a while, but I am moving into a new house and have broke it out after about 6 months.
I installed the new version of Sage using the add-ins, but when I go to the "installed" tab of the add-ins, it shows both the old version and the new version of Sage as installed. I didn't uninstall the old version first! When I try to uninstall the old one, I get an error message saying it can't uninstall. I can uninstall the new version, but even without the new version installed, I can't get that old version out of the "installed" tab. Now I don't know if this even makes a difference since it seemed like the new version installed ok, but does anyone have any ideas has to how to kick out the old version in that tab when you don't uninstall it before installing a new version? |

I'll be updating my WHS soon too, and so I'm interested in Sage's response to this one.
The FAQ states the following: Quote:

If you leave the executable in the Add-ins folder WHS will see it. Technically Sage is uninstalled. (whatever version you were running) But the uninstaller doesn't delete the existing executable. In case you want to roll back for any reason you can do so quite easily. I just leave it there until I'm satisfied with running the next version and then delete it from the add-in folder.
