Ok, Is there anyone using Girder and streamzap in vista period, whether in raw mode or not. Streamzap works fine solo. Girder seems to run. However when I load girder with the streamzap plugin it doesn't even see the remote at all, not even the streamzap remote while not in raw mode.

The only issue I can see is the plugin between the streamzap software and girder not working.

any ideas?

I can telly you I was able to use girder with Vista 32 bit awhile back but I did not try it with the FireFly.

I have the FireFly working in Vista32 now with the Firefly software. I was able to reprogram all the buttons to work the way I wanted in Sage and the TV button now launches the Sage Client.

Do you just need it for Sage or do you have grander plans?

You should take this to the Girder forums or Cocoontech, few here use Girder or know much about it. Really this is a problem between Girder and StreamZap.

You might consider tring EventGhost it has native support for the Firefly that goes way beyond what the default wares can do. It also supports SageTV via system messages so it need not be in focus to operate.

I love my Firefly! I hope you enjoy yours as well.

(BTW if you try EventGhost you have to remove the Snapstream wares and leave only the driver. I can provide you an EventGhost config that will run SageTV on the FireFly.)
