adding additional info plugin?

i have a bunch of custom made cooking vids and private vids..is there any way to add additional info to each vid so i can see it on the info page like with tv viewing.

now i can only see the nam of the vid, the format and how big it is on the info page.

I like to add much more info like..what, where how etc

I think this sticky on metadata properties might help.

You can push non standard properties in to the Description field.

Description=Label1: text1\nLabel2: text2\n

yes i've read that but it's all to complicated for me.

I just need an extra option or icon when i click on the video thumbnail that say: add extra info or something like that.

Just like you import picture with picasa..when taken..extra discription etc ..this could not be so compicated to make or am i wrong.
