HELP: Channels Stopped Changing

We've been pulling our hair out for a month now working with Sage Support. A month ago, Sage just simply started changing the channel incorrectly. It enters each number multiple times. For example, if you try to record a show on channel 128, it will enter 111222888.

We've tried re-installing. Tried changing the usb repeat setting in sage.props to 1. Nothing.

We loaded Windows Media Center and Beyond TV. They are able to tune channels just fine. We also tried Sage on a different PC. Same problem. The first PC ran XP. The second ran Vista.

About the only thing that we can remember changing is that Verizon FIOS changed to 4-digit channels about a month ago. After that, Sage just won't cahnge the channels. Obiously, this makes it useless for PVR functions. HELP!

Found a fix in the forum. There is a file named an "IR" file in the directory below. We opened it using Notepad and changed the "repeat" setting to 1. It now changes channels normally.

Very odd bug that just started happening all of a sudden.
