Odd problem with using 3 USB HD tuners

I'm running 6.4.8 and currently using 2 Fusion USB HD tuners, hd-pvr, and a nvidia dual tuner. Everything works fine. I have a 3 rd usb HD tuner, just like the other ones. When I plug it in the system finds it fine and loads the drivers. I connect up the OWA signal and scan for channels, and it finds none.

If I swap out this tuner with one of the other ones, it works fine. So It's not the tuners. I do have signal boost on the OWA cable.

How can I measure the signal to make sure I have enough for the 3rd tuner. Also, what else should I check?

Thanks for any help

Are you connecting the tuners directly to the USB ports on your PC? If so, the motherboard USB controller may not be able to power them all simultaneously. Try using a powered USB2 hub to see if that makes a difference.

Just tried a powered usb 2.0 hub and it didn't help. Same thing. Any other thoughts?

Thanks
