Beta 6.5.1 Works with Open-Source Codecs
Been struggling to get ffdshow H.264/AVC codec to work in Sage, but it has horrible stutter, like every other second, for a second.
 But today I tried the beta, and by Jove it works just fine! I am so happy about this.  There're a few deinterlacing artifacts on pan (combing), the apect ratio needs to be hard set (not Source), and the playback bar is squirrelly (left-click), but the video plays just fine. CPU averages 70% (E8400) as ffdshow is a software codec. It is free though.
