USB-UIRT acting completely nuts!!
I have the hd-pvr using just the usb-uirt unit to change my comcast STB. If I start sagetv.exe on my server and go to program guide, it changes the channels just fine using the usb-uirt. But if I go to my hd-100 (sage service running at this point) and then to program guide and try to change the channel the usb-uirt unit flashes, but doesn't change the channel.
What gives. I'm totaly lost. Been working on this for 2hrs. Help please. thanks

Also when I go to configure the hd-100 on the server using sagetv.exe, I get a Visual C runtime error from windows. I'm so frustrated.
thanks

It's probably because you're running Windows 2003 server that you're having some of these issues. Are you all patched and service packed? If you want to configure the HD-100 you would do it from the HD-100. I don't understand what you mean by "configuring the HD-100 on the server". Any configuration for the USB-UIRT you would perform from the server and not from the HD-100. You may have to login as the same user you use to run the service when you configure the USB-UIRT.

What I mean by "configure the hd-100 on the server", is that on the server I run sage in service mode, not by starting sagetv.exe.
So when in service mode I'll turn on the hd-100's and they connect to the sage running on the server in service mode.

Also, I'm all patched up. SP2 and all service updates.

Looks like I was just getting the visual runtime error when using the latest beta. I just loaded 6.4.8 and no error. I'll summit a bug report.
