ATI Radeon 9600 XP Drivers

Anybody still using the 9600 card beware.
Motion in HD videos leaves a comet trail with latest rev of display drivers (ver 69561) and ati decoder software from ati/amd. I've rolled back to version 38463.
That's all I know.
