Problem Importing Audio Files

After installing Sage on a new PC with only 5 CDs in the music library, Sage only recognizes 2 of them. 3 of the CDs happen to be by the same artist and are filed in folders beneath the artist's name. I've tried moving these folders so they are not nested, but that doesn't seem to make a difference. These CDs are not stored as mp3 files, rather, they were created via Windows media player. Will I have to convert these to mp3 first?

Right now Sage only supports MP3 (AFIAK). I don't know of any plans to add WMA support (if there are, they haven't told us). I'm still holding out hope for APE/FLAC support.

Short answer is yes, you'll have to convert them to MP3 first. I'd just re-rip them since converting from one lossy format (WMA) to another (MP3) is a bad thing.

Thanks for the feedback. I was prepared for that which is why I waited to rip any more.
