Harmony 550 + STX-HD100

I can't seem to get them place nice - when I switch to my Sage activity I have to select the device before I can send a command....

More Info? I have a Harmony 550 working great with the HD100 and a Vizio LCD.

working fine for me too. without having access to it at the moment and going strictly off memory, any chance you don't have the 550 set to use the STX to change channels?

IIRC, I had a similar issue though, and ended up just wiping the thing and resetting from scratch, now it works fine.

If you are having to select the Sage as a device for it to work, it sounds like the buttons are not actually set up to use the Sage when using the activity based settings.

Go back to the computer where you set the remote up and verify the settings for the Sage activity. I suspect you'll find that it is actually using another device rather than the Sage. I think an easy way to check this is to press the "Customize Buttons" option under the activity window and see which device the buttons are set up for.

If you can put the remote in device mode and select Sage, then you know the remote "knows" the commands, it just isn't using them when you are in activity mode. That is simply an error in the way it was set up.
