Advice on multiple capture cards

Hi,

I'm still in the planning/learning stages, and I'd like to get some advice on having multiple capture cards in a SageTV server.

I have Dish TV. Total of 4 receivers (one is a dual, and I know that there is an issue with the radio frequency remote that I have to figure out yet), and, so, 4 video streams available. I have only SD TVs now, but hope to get to HD at some point.

I'd like to put multiple capture cards into a server; possibly up to 4, I suppose, to match the 4 receivers. Could I please get some advice and thoughts on what issues there might be with running multiple capture cards, combinations that you folks have used that work, etc. Any recommendations on capture cards themselves would also be appreciated.

My overall idea is to hook up the receivers to the server at a central point, and hook up all of the TVs up to my network using the Sage HD Extender boxes. I know that they HD, and I guess I'm assuming that they do SD also?

Final thoughts. Would it be possible to also bring in signal from a regular ole' TV antenna for local broadcast stations?
