Multiple Tuners with pvr-350 and pvr-USB2

I've been running Sage 1.4 perfectly for months with a pvr-350. A few days ago I decided to add a pvr-250 which resulted in a big mess. I've read a lot in the forums since and found that the 350 and the 250 don't play very nicely together. (I should have researched that before purchasing the pvr-250!)

Has anyone had any luck running a pvr-350 and adding a pvr-usb2 (941) as a second tuner? I've read that a lot of people are extremely happy with the pvr-usb2 but I can't find much on how compatible it is with the pvr-350. Even though it's USB, are there still possible conflicts with the pvr-350? Thanks for your help!
