Faceplate

I am an owner of the original HD Extender and I received the replacement faceplate from Sage. I am finally getting around to replacing it, but it is not obvious to me how to remove the old one other than just pry it off. Can anyone help?

I unstuck the instructions topic because I thought these were all done by now.

For instructions with my photos, see:

I would like someone to rattle a cage at Sage HQ and send me the two I have requested for months now. Absolutely no responses to multiple emails.

Sorry, I know this doesn't help the OP, but maybe someone who gives a rat's ass will see it, since there is no other way to contact sage.

That usually means they didn't get your emails or you didn't get their replies. Use the tech support form instead and/or use a different email address for them to reply to. Also, check your spam folders and whitelist SageTV's email address.

Thanks a lot as well for reminder. After many months I have finally fixed mine tonight and only now I have realized how bad the previous one was. Due to layout of our room it was never problem to point directly to the unit, but now it is so much easier.
