WMV won't play using Placeshifter

Hi - I'm using Sage 6.4.8.184. I have WMV files that play fine on Sage Client running on the server and play fine on MVP but won't play using Placeshifter. I tried setting mplayer/use_for_all_mpeg4_playback=false. Didn't help. Any suggestions.
