HVR-1600 Audio out of synch on Analog tuner

One of my trusty PVR-150's in my server recently died on me so I swapped it for a hybrid HVR-1600 card. the ATSC tuner works great, and I can pick up all but a couple of stations with an old indoor antenna I had laying around .

The analog tuner however seems to have a problem. it starts out fine, then the picture begins to get grainy and the audio gets more and more out of synch and will start to stutter. I've tried different decoders, and tried using the WinTV software, and it does the same with all of them. I'm pretty sure its the card that is the problem, but has anyone else experianced something like this? Would the drivers for the PVR-150 I'm running along side the new 1600 affect it in some way? the PVR-150 has no recording problems.

Also I cannot use the analog and digital tuner on the 1600 at the same time, is this normal? I thought it was capable of this.
