Can I run 3 sources with 1600?

I have a Hauppauge 1600 card and am in the process of setting up a new Sage box for use with Comcast digital cable. When setting up my sources I have used the Hauppauge WinTV 418 TS Capture setting to successfully scan and setup the Clear QAM channels that I have available here. I then chose the Hauppauge WinTV 418 Video Capture with the TV Tuner option to setup the NTSC channels. But when I then try to setup a third input to select the appropriate composite input to record channels from the cable box my NTSC channels setup doesn’t work.

Is there then a way to setup a third source with this card so that I can have the NTSC channels captured, the ATSC Clear QAM channels captured and also use the composite input as a source for capturing the digital cable channels?

You can only record 2 things at once on the 1600 -- it has 1 digital tuner & one analog tuner.

You could have the TV tuner & composite inputs both configured, but only 1 could record at a time. And, if you configure them to both use the same channel lineup, the previous one will be removed, so they have to use different lineups.
