New 6.4 feature, how do I transfer files?
New feature:
File transfers to/from Placeshifter clients

I don't see an option to do that from Place shifter and nothing in the manual. How does file transfer work?

In Placeshifter's Settings, did you allow filesystem access on the General tab?

Once you do that, where do you go in SageTV (placeshifter) to browse or transfer files?

Under "Media Center", there's a browse server files selection. Drill down to the desired file and there should be an option to copy locally.

I don't see the enable file system access on the mac placeshifter. Is this not available for the Mac or am I missing something?

I don't use a Mac, but: isn't that option available on the Placeshifter Servers Manager -> Settings -> General tab? That's where it would be, not in the SageTV UI.
