ATI 9600 question about dual monitor

Wonder what people have found with the ATI 9600? Couple questions...

1) Can I output SageTV server/client to TV as 2nd monitor?

2) If 1) is "yes", will this allow fast user switching or locking under XP?

3) Will another card provide these features for a similar price?

Bottom Line: I want to be able to watch/use sageTV on the TV while doing something else or logged in as someone else on the computer. Wouldn't need to run SageTV as a service...could start it as a single user, then fast-user switch to another user.

Yes you can run SageTV on the second monitor (will probably require using VMR instead of overlay).

However what you describe with respect to FUS would require each display to be a separate user, I don't think Sage can run (in the foregound) under one user while logged on as another user (I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong). This is a OS/Sage limitation not a HW one so I don't think any card will allow you to do this.

You can run Sage on one monitor and other apps on the other though.
