Is there a way to only display on TV, not on computer?

I wonder if someone could help me with this...

I've recently installed the trial of this software and am playing with it...seems pretty nice so far.

I have the PVR350 (S out) and my intended use is that it's strictly for TV watching.
Built the box out of spare parts laying around. Only thing I bought was the PVR and some quit fans.

I'm going to control the box thru RealVNC (like remote desktop.)
I do not want to display tv on the computer screen - not use the video card.

Two reasons
1. The board is an old server board with on-board video and no AGP slot.
2. It trashes my network trying to run TV over it.

I really have no need for it either. I can see the TV from my work area.

I've found the spot where I can tell the software to use the PVR TV outs, and that's working, but I cannot find where to turn the video off on the computer.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance.

Any way this what your after
videoframe/disable_sw_decoding - true/fales to completely disable software decoding when using a hardware decoder for playback (may cause system to hand for PVR-350)

My bad, sorry for not posting in the right forum...perhaps a mod will move it.

Thanks for the answer, but where do I find this setting:
videoframe/disable_sw_decoding
?

I don't have a 350, but I can answer that question... it is in Sage.properties, a text file in your SageTV directory. If you edit it, I suggest you save a copy first. Also, for any changes to that file to take effect, you have to first exit SageTV - exit so that it is no longer running, not just sleeping. If you edit it while SageTV is running, it will simply be overwritten the next time SageTV exits & your changes won't work.
