6.4.5 & HDHR Program Stream fixed?

I'm just about to try all the new HDHR stuff (currently running 6.4.4).

I saw another thread where people were saying that since 6.4.5, the HDHR sending all the program data down the HDHR network instead of just a portion like it did in 6.4.4.

I dont' want to bog down my network ith extra data.

Does anyone know if this has been fixed yet?
