Disable Delete

In SageMC, is there a way to disable the delete option when a video ends in My Videos?

When your cursor is located on the left side menu of "My Videos" page right click. You will get a pop up - go to "Display Options". There is a place to disable delete there. I have always thought that should be disabled by default.

Thanks. Exactly what I need. Now I can't "accidentally" delete my kids favorite short that he wants to watch over and over and over and over again. :-)
