Dual Tuner issues

hi, I'm new to this DTV scene and I've just set up a media centre on a windows OS, running Sagetv v6.3 with a DVICO Fusion DVB-T Dual TV card installed and an MCE USB remote.

At the moment, Sage isn't recognising my TV card is a Dual Tuner - as I want to record + watch different channels but currently I'm unable.

Does anyone have any expertise in dual tuners and how I can get Sagetv to recognise I have a dual tuner? Can anyone give me some pointers to get this issue resolved?

**UPDATE

looking through the device manager of the media centre I came across this problem...

I have the latest Fusion software and can get Picture in picture within Fusion (albeit I don't know how to use it properly)

Any thoughts?

Which Windows OS? MCE? Did you stop all the MCE services? Are the drivers a clean install or did you install over the old? Since Sage isn't the issue you may want to trouble shoot the drivers and test with the Fusion app if it is installed. Is the Fusion new? It may be defective. Can you test the drivers and the Fusion device and app on another PC?

Windows XP 2002, SP3 not MCE.

Drivers were clean install, then roll back, then clean install again. PIP worked in Fusion, but Sagetv isn't picking up the card as a dual tuner. Fusion is latest version v3.88 iirc.

I just uninstalled and re-installed...it goes through this install twice:

the first time it encounters problems installing the device, but the second time it finishes.

Currently your error indicates a problem with your second tuner in Windows OS, not Sage. You need to get the device so that the yellow exclamation mark doesn't show. It may be having an issue with SP3. I would check on the Fusion website. Your second tuner won't work in Sage until you correct the driver/device issue that causes the yellow exclamation mark to show.
