Lost all audio and now all video
My HD100 was working reasonably well, but today I couldn't get any audio. While trying to chase down this issue, I lost all video as well. When I moved my HDMI cable to a different HDMI input on my TV to test if the HDMI input was the issue, I got a picture, but still no video. When I moved it back to the original HDMI input on the TV, I lost all video as well. Now I cannot get video on either HDMI input. I've tested the HDMI cable with other devices and it works just fine going into the same HDMI input on my TV.
Is there some way to reset the media extender to factory defaults? Something is screwy, but I'm not able to see what. I'm going to try using plain old RCA next to see if I can't at least get access to the menus again. If that works, any ideas on what to check next? Thanks. |

Well, I tried using an RCA cable. I got the initial Sage TV logo, then lost a video signal. Maybe the media extender is trying to display at a resolution that RCA can't handle? Not sure what is going on, but I'm dead in the water at the moment. :P
Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. |

OK, I was finally able to get a picture using an RCA cable and pushing the Video Out button until I got to the right resolution. I've selected HDMI for video and audio in the configuration before connecting to the server, but I still don't get any output over HDMI. Anything else I should try?
