BlackGold BGT3540 and S-Video

Hi,
I am not having any luck getting SageTV to work with the S-Video connector on my BlackGold BGT3540.
The DVB-T works great but the S-Video and Analogue Tuners do not work.
I have e-mailed SageTV support but predictable they say the card is not listed as a supported card in SageTV and therefore no help.
Does anyone have any advice which might help get this card to work with S-Video?
